Nilou is a Co-Owner and Broker-in-Charge with over eight years of experience in the industry five of those focused primarily on the luxury market. She is the mother of three girls, Roya, Zara and Yasi Noor, and wife to Gerald Henderson, co-owner, and former guard for the CharloFe Hornets.

With a passion for architecture and design, she works alongside builders designing luxury new construcIon properIes. She founded our sister company, Stage of Designs, intenIonally for our clients to have access to a one-stop shop design, build, furnish, and sell.

Nilou understands the significance of a safe space for sports and entertainment families during their real estate transacIons. Having personally been through many real estate transacIons, she understands the importance of confidenIality.
